The NHS is on its knees. If you’re lucky, you’ll get a ten-minute appointment with a GP who isn’t menopause-trained. If you’re really lucky, you might be referred to an NHS specialist clinic – but waiting times can be painfully long. And in between? You’re back in the queue, waiting for a GP call-back just to get a simple question answered.

• Our appointments are 45 minutes long, giving you space to talk through all your symptoms and health history.
• You’ll never feel rushed, or run out of time
• We join the dots between your symptoms, so you leave feeling heard, seen and understood.

2. Experts who specialise in menopause and hormone health

• All of our clinicians are female doctors who have completed additional training in menopause and hormonal health.
• They’re also trained in safe, evidence-based weight management, so they can support your whole health in one place.
• Our team stays up to date with the latest guidelines and treatments, so you always receive best-practice care.

3. Your plan, your way

• Decide after your in-depth discussions whether you'd like to start a treatment plan.
• If you choose to, we offer unlimited care to support you on your treatment journey.
• Book into a clinician whenever you like, ask us questions over a whatsapp.
• We're here for you 9-6PM, every working day.

4. Beyond just medication

• Want to get back on track with your diet? You’ll have unlimited sessions with our nutrition coaches.
• Confused about your medicines? Our pharmacists are just a message away.
• Not keen on a medical approach? Our menopause CBT and psychosexual specialists are here for you too.
