How do I cancel my plan?

The plan is 3 months long, and we ship your medications up front. For this reason, you can only cancel the plan after 3 months of care. You can cancel anytime through your secure patient portal, or by contacting our care team. There are no cancellation fees, but we will process the cancellation at month 3.

How long is the plan?

Each plan runs for 3 months at a time, giving you flexibility to continue only if it’s right for you. You can decide to continue on your plan or not, after your treatment review appointment at 12 weeks.

No, your plan does not automatically renew every 3 months. You need to have your review with your clinician to safely be prescribed the next 3 months of treatment. So we will ask you to reconfirm that you want to be on a plan after your appointment.

Not always. Many women can start treatment without one. If your doctor feels a test is needed, they’ll explain why.

Yes. We can arrange private blood tests for you. Your doctor will guide you on what’s most appropriate.

Yes. Alongside prescribed treatments, your doctor can advise on supplements to support your health and wellbeing.

We’ve designed our plans to be all-inclusive and subscription-based, because we believe women deserve more support whilst they figure out their symptoms. We also know that having a predictable and fair ongoing cost helps women to manage the financial burden of care. We want to avoid expensive one-off fees.

Your plan can include HRT, CBT and testosterone (testogel). We also offer additional treatments like vaginal treatments, extra CBT sessions and DHEA pessaries. These are added on to the £99 for a small amount extra per month. The final price of your plan is based on what you and your clinician decide are the most effective treatments to try.

Yes. Our doctors regularly support women with more complex health needs. They’ll work with you, and your wider team of healthcare professionals if needed, to make sure your care is safe and personalised. We provide a clinical letter to everyone who has a consultation, to ensure that you are always getting continuity between your different practitioners.

Yes. Our doctors can explore other treatment options with you, including non-hormonal medications, CBT, and lifestyle approaches.
