How long does one bottle last?

Each bottle contains 30ml of moisturiser. Each bottle contains approximately a 2-month supply of moisturiser.

How often do I apply?

The moisturiser comes in a pump bottle. You will only need one pump of this moisturiser to get the correct dose. Your prescribing doctor will also give you full instructions on exactly how to use this product.

Does this cream have side effects?

It is unlikely to cause side effects. One of the ingredients may exacerbate hormonal hyperpigmentation such as melasma

Is it safe to use this cream long-term?

Some women will benefit from using the moisturiser long-term, however every woman is unique. Your doctor will be able to guide you, and help tailor your care to your specific skin needs.

What happens when I run out of my cream?

Each bottle of moisturiser lasts around two months. When you’re running low, just get in touch with our team to easily order your next bottle, no need for another appointment.We do ask that you check in with your doctor every six months so we can review your progress and make sure the treatment is working well for you.

How do I cancel my skincare plan?

Our skincare is on subscription, shipping every 6 weeks. You can cancel your plan by emailing help@joinvoy.com.
