I am a qualified GP with a special interest in women’s health and skin. I love to carry out holistic consultations that address the full spectrum of my patients' concerns, whether they are physical, emotional or lifestyle related. My goal is to provide safe, informed and compassionate care at every stage of a woman's health journey.
Having completed additional training from the British Menopause Society, I am comfortable supporting women with all common symptoms — including hot flushes, night sweats, mood and memory changes, hair and skin changes, sleep issues, low sex drive, and vaginal concerns such as dryness or recurrent UTIs.
I have extensive experience supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, tailoring treatments to each individuals unique needs. I also have a deep understanding of skin changes related to hormones and ageing with training in aesthetic medicine and skin care. My approach combines evidence based medicine with practical lifestyle strategies to optimise wellbeing.

Outside of work, I enjoy relaxing with Pilates, gardening, and spending quality time with my friends and family. Staying active and connected helps me maintain balance and energy in both my personal and professional life. I value the simple things that bring joy and calm to everyday life.
