Menopause is not something you should go through alone. We think that the lack of support offered in traditional healthcare does women a great injustice, but we know there's very little spare time to offer true support.

With a Voy plan, you’ll always have access to expert care when you need it. Whether you need a quick question answered by our care team on Whatsapp, a medication concern resolved, or a 15 minute check-in with your doctor - you have our support every weekday from 9AM-6PM. This all has no additional costs attached to it - you only pay your fixed monthly plan cost.

We know that questions will come up on your treatment journey. We won't leave you without care. You can use your secure patient portal to reach your team when you need them:

• Book in 15-minute video appointments with your doctor whenever you need
• Ask questions via WhatsApp with our care team (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm)
• Access our medication hotline with our expert pharmacist, same day (Mon–Fri)
• If your own doctor isn’t available that day, an on-duty clinician will always be there for you.

Whole person support, if you want it

We have designed our plans to support your whole health. So included for no extra cost are:

• Appointments with a nutrition coach, book whenever you feel like it
• Try a CBT taster session for free, to see if therapy would benefit you.
