Our personalised treatment plans include HRT and whole-body support. You’ll start with a clinical appointment where we build your treatment together
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is a treatment that replaces the hormones primarily oestrogen, and progesterone is needed if you have a womb (and are not using the mirena coil). HRT should be offered as the first treatment when women seek help for menopause.
HRT is the most effective treatment for managing perimenopause and menopause symptoms. We will work together to help you choose the best plan for you.
NHS data from 2024 shows that the number of women using HRT has increased each year since 2015. Women are now able to find more up to date information about how HRT can help their long term health and have more confidence that HRT is a safe and effective option if they are struggling to cope with menopause symptoms.
Book your first appointment
Care begins with a 45-minute appointment, booked at a time that works for you with our next available clinician. Your first appointment costs £145, and if you choose to start a treatment plan, all your treatment, check-ins, and review appointments are then included in your monthly care plan.
Choosing your plan and medication
After your appointment, your plan will appear in your patient portal. The plan will contain any medications or treatments you agreed to try during your appointment with your clinician. The options which you may choose include gels, patches, sprays and tablets.
HRT treatment plans are £86 per month for a standard dose or £99 per month for an adjusted dose. Your plan will include:
Starting your plan
Once you are happy to go ahead with the plan you discussed with your clinician, you will pay for it and then we will send any prescribed medication to you (with no additional charge). Your medications will arrive with you 48 hours later.
Also included in your plan are support features, to ensure that you feel confident to start treatment and know where to do if you have questions. Included in your plan are:
Ongoing monitoring and review
To ensure you are on track and making progress with your treatment, you can do a monitoring blood test at home or have one in-clinic towards the end of your plan. This step is optional but included in your monthly plan cost.
You’ll then have a 30-minute review at the end of your third month on your treatment plan to discuss your test results, adjust your plan if needed and talk through how you’re feeling.
You can then choose whether to restart your care. Your plan does not auto-renew when your 3-month cycle is over, the choice to continue is entirely yours.
