From your first appointment with us to your ongoing care, find out exactly what is included and how much it costs
Each of our plans gives you 3 months of treatment and support, with billing happening once a month to help you spread the cost
Our care plans are designed to be flexible so that you can choose what treatments work for you. If you choose more than one treatment, you won't have to pay twice for the ongoing care within your plan (such as: your messaging support, nutritionist sessions or clinical check-ins). This also means you'll save £60 for each treatment you add to your plan. This approach makes sure you get the care you need and only pay for what is right for you.
Common examples of combination costs:
Evorel, Estradot - Oestrogen Patch
Sandrena, oestrogel - Oestrogen gel
Gepretix, Utrogestan - Progesterone capsules
Lenzetto - Oestrogen spray
Once you have found what treatment works for you and your symptoms have resolved, you and your clinician will move to having annual reviews. This means you will still receive your treatments as normal every 3 months, but that you only need a single appointment in a year to see how you're getting on. Before you annual review, you can have a full screening blood test to monitor your health. During the appointment, you can speak about your blood test results, and will spend time evaluating your lifestyle as well as your treatment experience with your clinician.
As your care is adjusted, so is the cost of your plan
The monthly cost for an HRT plan (standard dose) once you only need an annual review would be £56 per month.
The monthly cost for an HRT plan (adjusted dose) once you only need an annual review would be £69 per month.
We want you to have access to the treatment options that work best for you, and this may mean a combination of different treatments. If you opt for more than one treatment in your care plan, you do not need to pay twice for the monthly care elements that are already included in our plans (for example, the care team messaging support, nutritionist appointments and monthly clinician check-ins). This means you get £60 off every time and additional treatment is added.

The monthly cost for a testosterone treatment plan (testogel) once you only need an annual review would be £30 per month.
The monthly cost for a testosterone treatment plan (Androfemme) once you only need an annual review would be £45 per month.
Before prescribing testosterone, a quick safety check is needed to look into your baseline testosterone levels and check they aren’t high. For this test, we will accept blood tests you’ve had elsewhere as long as they are from within the last 3 months. If you have no prior test, it will cost you £60 to run this at-home test before the plan can start. We do not include this test in our testosterone plans because some women already have these results, and we don’t want to overcharge them.

Need more support? With our enhanced CBT option, you can see your therapist weekly—up to 4 sessions per month, for a total of 12 across your 3-month plan.
For women who also want to explore weight loss treatments we refer across to our Voy Weight loss division, so you can get expert care there with a discounted price. Medication starts from £99 a month, but your price will depend on which type of GLP-1 you opt for and what length of plan. Your clinician will advise you on which will best suit your needs.

Because this is an add-on to other plans, you are not charged for care twice. The cost of combining Vaginal with other plans is as follows:
Sometimes, your vagina needs its own prescription. HRT and lifestyle support can go a long way — but when dryness, itching, or recurring UTIs linger, local help can make all the difference. Vaginal oestrogen (like Imvaggis, Vagifem or Estriol cream) is a safe and effective way of delivering low-dose hormone therapy right where it’s needed. Some women prefer not to use oestrogen, and for those women the DHEA pessaries (Intrarosa) are a good option. Used alongside your existing plan, it provides added relief by targeting vaginal and urinary symptoms that other treatments may miss.
Find out what happens once you've had your first appointment
No, unlike most other private clinics, we don't charge you extra for your clinician issuing a private prescription. Both the prescription and the cost of your medications are included in your plan.
3-month plans designed for results. Each plan runs for a minimum of 3 months because this is the length of time most prescriptions and plans will need to show their full impact on your health and wellbeing.
Quarterly commitment, monthly payments. Our plans allow you to spread out the total cost with payments each month over the course of the 3 month cycle, helping to ease the financial burden and giving your treatment the time to work.
Full choice at your review appointment. At your review, you decide whether you would like to continue or cancel your plan. To support your decision-making, you can speak with your clinician about plan adjustments and different treatments.
No changes without your confirmation. You are in control of starting your plan again after your review appointment and can choose when this will happen.
Transparent terms from the start. We want you to know exactly what you are committing to. This means there are no hidden costs or auto-renewals with any of our plans
After you have started your plan, you can only cancel at month 3. If you would like to cancel, you can email help@joinvoy.com, alternatively, call 020 3879 5173
You can Whatsapp message your clinician (Monday - Friday), book your check-in appointments and your reviews through your secure patient portal.
Monthly check-ins are an optional part of your plan. You will also get 3 optional nutritionist appointments in total. If you don't use them at a monthly pace, please don't worry – our support team will be happy to help you with any questions or queries you may have about this part of your plan.
One hormone check blood test is included in each of our plans. The test measures your oestradiol, testosterone, SHBG, and FAI.
Your expert will advise you on the recommended test if a safety check is needed before starting your plan. You can choose to buy these tests after your appointment.
We have two options for getting your blood taken:
If you are getting a blood test to check your hormones (oestrogen and testosterone), you have two options to choose from. The first is an at-home test. This is often the most convenient. We use a new way of collecting blood called a Tasso device, which you press into your arm and it gently draws the blood. You then post your sample off to the lab and the results will be back 1-3 days later. This is a much more reliable and easier process than traditional finger prick blood testing.
For in-clinic testing, we have partnered with GoodBody clinics. If you would like to get your blood taken in-clinic, please let our us know and we will help you to book an appointment.
If you have been advised by your clinician or are choosing to have a complete screen blood test, this will take place in-clinic. This is because more tests are being done and more blood needs to be collected.
After your appointment, you can review your new treatment plan in your patient portal. If you are happy with this plan, you will then confirm it in the portal and continue with another 3 months of care. If you have questions about your new plan, you can contact our care team who will be happy to help you.
If you would like to add blood tests into your included test, please get in touch with our care team and we will absolutely do our best to help. If you are adding extra tests, there will be a small addition. We will always explain that transparently to you before any payments were taken.
Standard Dose
This is the usual starting point for hormone replacement therapy (HRT). It follows national guidelines and works well for many women with mild to moderate menopause symptoms. It uses a smaller amount of hormone and is generally the most cost-effective option.
Examples:
Adjusted dose
If your symptoms aren’t fully relieved by the standard dose, your clinician may increase your dose. This is a safe and common approach, especially for women with more severe symptoms or those going through early menopause.
An adjusted dose might involve:
Why This Can Affect Cost
Adjusted doses can sometimes be more expensive because:
Different strength products usually cost more.
You may need a larger quantity of the medication each month.

Balancing Cost and Care
Your treatment will always be guided by what’s best for your body, not just cost. Our clinicians aim to use the most effective and affordable form of medication.
If cost is a concern-particularly with private prescriptions — do speak to your clinician. There are often equivalent options at different price points.
The price of your plan will not reduce if you choose not to use the optional benefits. If you have any question about the price of your plan, please contact the care team. We will always try our best to accommodate what you need.
If you are currently receiving treatment with Voy weight loss, our plans can work well around your medication. You will have a dedicated login for your Voy Menopause account and benefits, to keep things simple. As a Voy patient, you will be the first to be offered to use the Voy Menopause service and therefore have access to our early bird discount (£105 off your first appointment)
If you are on NHS HRT, you can choose one of our non-hormonal treatment plans to get additional support that is tailored to your needs. This includes our CBT plan, which is specifically designed for support during menopause. If this is something you'd like to explore, please reach out to our care team at help@joinvoy.com to find out more
We are a private service. We understand that you may be wanting a higher level of support than the NHS can provide, or be looking for care more personalised to your unique situation. Our goal is to support as many women as possible by providing expert, affordable care.
We are covered by the WPA cash plan. Other insurance providers may cover our service, it is worth checking with them. Please ask the care team for a receipt for your care, if you need it for insurance reasons.
Your final plan price will depend on your treatment, but most people would only be paying around £1 per day for their care plan with the cost of any medications on top of that.
Together, you and your clinician will decide once you're on the treatment plan that works for you. We will then reduce the cost of your plan as you need fewer appointments. This is how your original plan will transition into your annual plan. You can then choose when to start that annual plan.
If you are receiving medication, this will be shipped to you every 3 months. We also include a full annual review with a blood screening to support and monitor your long-term health. You will still have access to message your clinician via WhatsApp, in case anything comes up or you have any questions at all.
We share a letter after every appointment, which can be shared with your GP so that your medical records are kept up to date.
Blood test results will also be shared with you, and you can share those with your GP. Your results will be sent to you via email after you have had your appointment.
