Menopause can affect your life and how you’re feeling in a number of different ways. From physical symptoms to mood changes and anxiety, the hormonal shifts that are happening in your body can make daily life feel overwhelming. CBT doesn’t just help you cope, it gives you the tools to respond differently to situations, and this can help you feel calmer and more in control.
CBT can help with a wide range of symptoms and can also work hand in hand with medication.
Our team all have additional training in menopause, and hormones. They are hand selected for their experience, warmth and empathy.
I take a personalised approach, taking the time to understand each woman's unique symptoms, the impact on her daily life, and the specific challenges she faces.
I believe deeply in the power of listening. Every woman deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported on her journey through hormonal change.
Taking an individual approach is key to providing the best care plan for each woman and empowering personal choice.
I am a passionate advocate for Women’s Health. I want to empower every woman to feel their best at every stage of life.
Every woman is individual and I aim to provide knowledge, support and input to each of you through your menopause journey.
It’s a privilege to spend time with patients to understand their unique treatment needs and priorities and together create a management plan to address them.
I believe every woman deserves to feel heard, supported and confident in her health decisions — especially during midlife and menopause.
I am passionate about supporting women through every stage of menopause with empathy and evidence-based care, helping them feel heard and understood.
I am passionate about empowering women with the knowledge to manage their health confidently and holistically.
I offer a holistic approach to understanding the processes that maintain psychological distress during this transitional time.
Book your first appointment £45
Your care begins with a single, online appointment. Your first appointment is £45 and this cost is separate to the cost of your plan.
This appointment is where our dedicated experts in women’s health get to know you. Our clinicians will listen to your story and explore what symptoms you’re experiencing to understand the impact they’re having on your life. Our clinicians may recommend you start a CBT plan if this sounds like a good fit for you.
Choose your plan
If you choose to go ahead with a CBT plan, we’ll match you with a CBT-trained therapist. You will have an initial appointment with them so they can get to know a bit more about you, your needs, your goals and your preferences.
CBT treatment plans are £99 per month for 3 months and includes:
Start treatment and ongoing support
Your plan will include two CBT sessions per month with your therapist over the course of the 3 month plan. In your sessions, you will have the space to reflect, challenge patterns and build new ways forward.
Alongside these sessions, we want to make sure you feel fully supported throughout your plan. That’s why we include ongoing support in each plan:
Review and refine at 3 months
You will have a review appointment at the 3 month mark, where you can speak to your clinician about how CBT has supported you in managing your symptoms and whether you would like to continue or tweak your personalised plan. We will adapt your plan as needed and make sure you’re moving in the right direction.
You can then choose whether to restart your care. Your plan does not auto-renew when your 3-month cycle is over, the choice to continue is entirely yours.
