Our personalised plans include CBT sessions alongside ongoing support throughout. You’ll start with an appointment, where you speak to one of our clinicians and build your plan together
Hot flushes, mood changes, anxiety. Hormonal shifts can turn up the volume on your thoughts-and make daily life feel overwhelming. CBT doesn’t just help you “cope.” It gives you tools to respond differently -so you feel more in control, calmer, and more like you again.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a proven, practical approach to help you manage the emotional and mental load of perimenopause and menopause.
Book your first appointment
Your care begins with a single appointment. This appointment will take place online at a time that suits your schedule, with our next available clinician. Your first appointment is £145 and this cost is separate to the cost of your plan.
This apppointment is where our dedicated experts in women’s health get to know you. Our clinicians will listen to your story and explore what symptoms you’re experiencing to understand the impact they’re having on your life. Our clinicians may recommend you start a CBT plan if this sounds like a good fit for you.
Choose your plan
If you choose to go ahead with a CBT plan, we’ll match you with a CBT-trained therapist. You will have an initial appointment with them so they can get to know a bit more about you, your needs, your goals and your preferences.
CBT treatment plans are £99 per month for 3 months and includes:
Start treatment and ongoing support
Your plan will include two CBT sessions per month with your therapist over the course of the 3 month plan. In your sessions, you will have the space to reflect, challenge patterns and build new ways forward.
Alongside these sessions, we want to make sure you feel fully supported throughout your plan. That’s why we include ongoing support in each plan:
Review and refine at 3 months
You will have a review appointment at the 3 month mark, where you can speak to your clinician about how CBT has supported you in managing your symptoms and whether you would like to continue or tweak your personalised plan. We will adapt your plan as needed and make sure you’re moving in the right direction.
You can then choose whether to restart your care. Your plan does not auto-renew when your 3-month cycle is over, the choice to continue is entirely yours.
Our team of experts are here to support you every step of the way.
