I’m here to offer compassionate, personalised support during what can be a really overwhelming time. I take the time to understand each woman’s symptoms, priorities, and lifestyle so that together, we can create a plan that works in real life—not just on paper. I want every woman I see to feel like she’s finally been listened to.
I’ve been a GP for over 10 years, and along the way I’ve gained extra training in menopause care through the British Menopause Society, as well as in Lifestyle Medicine and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for menopause symptoms. I often combine hormonal and non-hormonal treatments with practical lifestyle changes to support women physically and emotionally. I’m want women to find themselves again.

When I’m not working, I’m usually chasing around after my two young children or enjoying the outdoors with them—whether that’s riverside walks, muddy puddles, or family adventures in the mountains. I love skiing, cold water swimming, and good company, and I’m a big believer in the power of fresh air, movement, and connection to boost both physical and mental wellbeing.
