Meet Dr. Lisa
I believe that education and understanding—whether around menopause or mental wellbeing—are key to regaining a sense of control. My mission is to guide patients through what can often feel like overwhelming times, offering tailored, compassionate care every step of the way.
I am a passionate advocate for Women’s Health. I want to empower every woman to feel their best at every stage of life.
Having completed additional training from the British Menopause Society, I am comfortable supporting women with all common symptoms — including hot flushes, night sweats, mood and memory changes, hair and skin changes, sleep issues, low sex drive, and vaginal concerns such as dryness or recurrent UTIs.
With over 15 years of experience working as a GP within the NHS, I have dedicated my career to supporting patients through some of the most challenging and transformative periods of their lives. While my foundation lies in women’s health, particularly menopause care, I also work extensively with both men and women facing mental stress, burnout, and depression.
Over the past five years, I’ve developed a specialist focus on menopause, complementing this with a Certificate in Lifestyle Medicine. This enables me to take a holistic view of health—combining medical management with lifestyle strategies to support long-term physical and emotional wellbeing.
