Dr Nirooshi Nagarajah is a GMC-registered GP with a special interest in hormone health, preventative care, lifestyle medicine, and health technology. With clinical experience in both menopause and testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), she offers a broad and inclusive perspective on hormonal wellbeing. She is dedicated to empowering women through personalised, evidence-based care enhanced by AI and digital innovation. Having completed additional training from the British Menopause Society, I am comfortable supporting women with all common symptoms — including hot flushes, night sweats, mood and memory changes, hair and skin changes, sleep issues, low sex drive, and vaginal concerns such as dryness or recurrent UTIs.
Dr Nagarajah brings over a decade of experience across hospital medicine, surgery, and general practice, including elements of surgical training in breast cancer surgery, orthopaedics, and ENT. This breadth of clinical exposure underpins her holistic approach to hormone health—supporting women with musculoskeletal concerns, sleep disruption, thyroid-related issues, and navigating the complexities of HRT in the context of breast cancer risk.
She specialises in hormone optimisation across the lifespan, including menopause, HRT, TRT, and preventative healthcare. Her practice is rooted in evidence-based care, while embracing the use of digital health and AI to improve access, precision, and outcomes for her patients.
