Meet Dr. Sally
My consultations are holistic, addressing wellbeing of mind, individualised treatments, and real-life solutions. Ask me anything – there’s no such thing as a silly question. I keep up-to-date with the trends women are talking about, and the science behind them, so I can empower women to make decisions about their health.
Both in my professional and personal life, improving women’s health has become my mission. I love to witness my patients’ journeys in finding new enjoyment in life when they master their health. I believe coming through menopause can be a powerful transition to a new stronger self, with good support and the right tools. I teach at Brighton and Sussex Medical School, fostering a holistic approach and awareness of inequalities in the next generation of doctors.
I’ve been a doctor in the NHS for 13 years. As a GP I have developed a specialist interest in women’s health. I’ve delivered menopause care and women’s health specialist care in NHS clinics and women’s health hubs. I have trained other doctors and nurses in menopause care. I’m interested in the areas that are still less talked about or difficult to get care for – perimenopause when you’re young, PMDD/PMS, sexual wellbeing and testosterone therapy.

Having been on a fertility journey myself, I understand what it’s like to experience a women’s health challenge that throws your whole life out of balance. Coming through this, I’ve found new meaning and happiness. My partner and I love to travel and we’re on the search for a dog! I enjoy weight lifting and kickboxing.
