Over my years consulting as a dietitian, I’ve learned that every woman is unique and faces her own individual challenges. It’s essential to take the time to understand each person and collaborate on developing a comprehensive approach to health and wellness through nutrition. My goal is to help every woman feel empowered, nourished, and in control of her changing body.
I don’t just bring professional experience in women’s health—I’m also at a stage in life where I personally relate to the changes menopause brings. This combination allows me to offer compassionate, relatable, and evidence-based support tailored to each woman’s unique journey.
With over 25 years of experience in the field of women’s health and nutrition, I’ve had the privilege of supporting women through every stage of life—from fertility and pregnancy to menopause and beyond. I take a compassionate, evidence-based approach, helping women feel more in control of their health through realistic, personalised nutrition strategies. My goal is always to empower each individual to feel their best—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

I’m a mum to two wonderful daughters who inspire me every day to stay healthy and active. As a family, we love spending time outdoors—whether it’s going for a walk in nature, a short horse ride, or enjoying a good game of golf. Being mentally and physically healthy and balanced is just as important to me personally as it is professionally.
