Oestrogel

Oestrogel comes in a pump-pack, and the dose is measured in pumps. It’s typically applied once daily to clean, dry skin on the outer arms or inner thighs. The number of pumps depends on your individual needs and may be adjusted over time.

To get the best results:

• Apply to a large area and allow it to dry before dressing
• Wash your hands after use
• Avoid showering, swimming, or applying other products to the area for at least an hour

Consistency is key. Try to apply it at the same time each day and rotate the area to reduce skin irritation.

Most women tolerate Oestrogel well, but as with any medication, some may experience side effects. These can include:

• Breast tenderness
• Headaches
• Nausea
• Skin irritation where the gel is applied
